Dominican construction licences: 203 issued in September, up 34% on August

Most licences: Santo Domingo (39), Distrito Nacional (38) and La Altagracia (30). Apartment buildings accounted for 94 of them. That is the most in any month since January 2022, when the dataset begins. A licence is permission to build, not finished construction, and the investment is the applicant's declared figure.
