Mumbai: NephroPlus, a dialysis care network, has acquired seven new dialysis clinics in the Philippines, bringing its total to 36 clinics in the country. The network now serves nearly 2,000 patients.
This expansion is part of NephroPlus’s efforts to grow internationally. Recently, the company also entered Saudi Arabia through a Joint Venture agreement. It now operates in five countries, focusing on dialysis care.
NephroPlus has made investments in the Philippines to improve operations and patient care. These efforts have created around 400 jobs in clinical and operational roles. The company also plans to set up a training academy for dialysis nurses and technicians.
Vikram Vuppala, Founder and CEO of NephroPlus, stated, “This expansion aligns with our ambitious global growth roadmap. The Philippines, with its $200 million dialysis market and increasing incidence of chronic kidney disease, offers a compelling opportunity. Our goal is to scale our proven dialysis care model, which integrates innovation, operational excellence, and compassionate patient care to transform outcomes.”
