Mumbai: A genomics-based diagnostics player, HaystackAnalytics, has obtained accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), the nodal body for diagnostic service providers.
According to the company, the nodal body has accredited its human genomics tests under whole exome sequencing (WES) and pharmacogenomics (PGx).
“We will continue to seek other certifications with the aspiration of establishing the highest global standards of quality at HaystackAnalytics,” said Dr. Anirvan Chatterjee, Co-founder and CEO, HaystackAnalytics.
“The NABL accreditation for our clinical genomics products and services also strengthens our readiness for domestic and global partnerships,” added Gaurav Srivastava, Co-founder & COO, HaystackAnalytics.
Currently, HaystackAnalytics has a sequencing facility in Navi Mumbai that offers next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based diagnostics in both infectious diseases and human genomics, including TB-ONE-NGS (drug resistance detection), Flu-NGS (NGS-based detection of respiratory pathogens), and Infexn-NGS (NGS-based detection of bacteria and fungi).
